Delivery Information & Privacy Policy

Designer Glasses Company can deliver frames and prescription eyewear worldwide.

Due to the vast range of frames not every single item is held in stock.

We usually despatch prescription eyewear in 7-10 business days and frame only orders can be a few days quicker.

We know you are excited to get you shiny new glasses however we also want to ensure they are perfect. Occasionally we may want to remake a lens to achieve that perfection and this may take a day or two longer. If we foresee delays we will let you know by email.

Complex orders, thinner lenses and varifocals can take a little longer.
